Job Description:
We have a Sales/Account Manager opening in our Washington, DC office to manage and develop existing client relationships and sell solutions to new prospects and referrals. In this position you would regularly interact with your assigned customer base in order to identify individual client requirements and levels of satisfaction, effectively communicate those needs to internal operations management and monitor service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
As the primary point of contact for the client, you will initiate and receive calls to build positive relationships and respond to client questions/concerns and training requirements. Approximately 35%-40% of your time will be spent in the Washington, DC and Baltimore metropolitan area where you will be expected to attend client meetings with mid/upper level management to understand the clients’ individual objectives and implement creative solutions to meet those goals. In this fast-paced environment you would be responsible for developing relationships by keeping clients abreast of best industry practices, identifying additional opportunities within your assigned book of business and up-selling new products and/or services.
Approximately 40%-50% of your time will be spent prospecting for new business, calling and meeting with mid/ upper level management to identify opportunities to improve their business requirements and processes with our Information Management solutions.
