Job Description:
We have an Account Manager opening in our Philadelphia, PA office to manage and develop existing client relationships. In this position you would regularly interact with your assigned customer base in order to identify individual client requirements and levels of satisfaction, effectively communicate those needs to internal operations management and monitor service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
As the primary point of contact for the client, you would initiate and receive calls to build positive relationships and respond to client questions/concerns. Approximately 25%-35% of your time would be spent in the Philadelphia, PA metropolitan area where you would be expected to attend client meetings with mid-level management to understand the clients’ individual objectives and implement creative solutions to meet those goals. In this fast-paced environment you would be responsible for developing relationships by keeping clients abreast of best industry practices, identifying additional opportunities within your assigned book of business and up-selling new products and/or services.
