
Pickup Request:
Scheduling a pickup of items from a customer’s site by GRM is a quick, simple process. Click the Pickup icon, or from the Main menu, select Online Order / Pickup. The following screen will appear:

1. The user should enter their name or the name of the person requesting a pickup. Include the floor and room where the items can be found. Enter the phone number and extension if applicable.
2. Enter any special pickup instructions.
3. Enter the pickup date.
4. Enter the type and number of items to be picked up. Use the drop down arrows to select container types, and enter the number of each item to be picked up in the quantity boxes.
5. Enter an email address in the address field for anyone else who should receive a copy of the order. To enter more than one address, separate by a semi-colon.
6. Click on the Submit Request button to submit the order.
