Q. How do I schedule a pick-up?
A. Go under "Order" and select "Pickup." On the toolbar, you will see a shortcut named, "Pickup." Clicking on this brings up an order screen that allows you to place a "Pickup" request.
Q. How do I search for a box by alternate ID?
A. Go to the "Search" feature and click on a field named “Barcode Type.” This brings a drop down from which you can select Alternate ID.
Q. What is the best browser to run eAccess?
A. eAccess runs on any browser. For best results, use a browser’s latest version.
Q. How do I download my inventory?
A. To download your inventory, simply go to "Inventory" and click on "Download."
Q. Can I view my stored information in person at GRM?
A. Absolutely! GRM’s Client Access Rooms are fully equipped with office amenities to facilitate on-site viewing and inspection. When scheduling, please provide the time and date you will be needing a room with as much advance notice as possible.
Q. How do we order Materials?
A. Go under "Order" and select "Materials." On the toolbar, you will see a shortcut named "Materials." Clicking on this brings up an order screen that allows you to a place a Materials request.
Q. How do I search for a file?
A. Go under "Inventory" and select "Search." On the toolbar you will see a shortcut named "Search." Clicking on this brings up the "Search" screen where you can search for a file by typing in the barcode number or any of the information populating the fields related to that file.
Q. How do I add a new box?
A. Go under "Inventory" and select "New Items." Click on the "Add New" button and select “Add Container.”
Q. Can I place a request on eAccess to pickup up or drop off items to your GRM facility?
A. Yes.
If you would like to pickup items from GRM, then you would simply go to the "Delivery" feature to place an order. Once you have added the items that you would like to pick up, click "Submit" to go to the final page before submitting your order request. There will be an "Instructions" field where you can state that you or a carrier will be picking up the items from GRM. Please make sure to state the approximate time that you or the carrier will be picking up. Please select "Access" priority, since GRM will not be delivering your items to your facility.
If you would like to drop off items back to GRM for storage, simply go to the "Pickup" feature to place an order. Please select the type of items that will be dropped off and enter the quantity of the items. There is an "Instructions" field where you can state that you will be dropping off items to GRM on this specific date and at this specific approximate time.
