GRM Information Management Services, a leading provider of lifecycle records management solutions, is seeking a fast and accurate individual to be an intricate part of our EDM Scanning team based out of our Jersey City, NJ location.
Job Duties:
- Scan and convert hardcopy documents such as AP Invoices, medical reports, policies and general documents into electronic format.
- In addition, your role may consist of prepping hardcopy documents (removing any staples, clips, rubber bands, etc.) in preparation for the scanning portion of a project.
Job Qualifications:
- Reliable, motivated people with excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in a scanning center atmosphere;
- Use of scanning equipment with understanding the importance of Quality Control and Data Entry.
- All applicants must be able to work effectively and independently in a fast paced environment and be able to meet strict deadlines.
- Content Management, Imaging and Recognition software knowledge are a plus.
