GRM, a national information management company, located in Jersey City, NJ is currently recruiting for an Inside Business Development Representative to set appointments for the National Sales Team.

Job Duties:

· Gathers Sales Prospect information from existing SalesforceCRM system and other databases and sources

• Calls prospective clients to:
  • Communicate product value, features and functionality and other reference information
  • Arrange in-person appointments and product demonstrations
• Maintains Salesforce.com database by entering, verifying transactions and backing up data.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Qualifies new potential customers for GRM services and overcomes prospect objections

· Familiarity with CRM systems. Salesforce.com experience a plus

• 1 year of telephone sales or customer service experience
• Data entry skills
• Persuasion and organizational skills and a high level of energy
• Results oriented self-starter
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent command of the English language (bi-lingual a plus)
