Account Manager

This is a customer facing role and a minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience is required.  Account Managers will conduct weekly client site visits and participate in industry sponsored events.  Consultative sales experience coupled with exposure to Salesforce.com a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, managing and maintaining client relationships
  • Performing client trainings
  • Revenue growth through the cross selling of GRM’s suite of services
  • Contract management and renewal
  • Strategic consulting
  • New business development

Minimum Requirements

  •  BA/BS degree
  • Relationship Management experience
  • Prior Records and Information Management exposure
  • 2 years in a customer facing role
  • Extremely organized with excellent multi tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Local travel 40%
