Marketing Coordinator

GRM Information Management, a leader in enterprise content, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing a broad range of activities central to the execution of GRM’s marketing plan.

Essential job functions include:

  • Support the development and preparation of marketing campaigns.
  • Create and implement content on the company website.
  • Execute the company’s social media program and manage presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.
  • Execution and follow-up on e-mail campaigns.
  • Assist with creation and execution of press releases and public relations campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize trade show participation including preshow planning and follow up activities
  • Create a variety of presentations and reports on an ongoing and as needed basis.
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments of marketing supplies to various office locations.
  • Oversee ordering, maintenance and inventory levels of the marketing promotional and print materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to complete projects independently
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and handle simultaneous projects
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a pleasant disposition
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information

Job Type:

  • Full Time

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, computer science or business administration.
